Layaway PARTIE POLICY:
• A Layaway contract is six (6) months.
• $50.00 Deposit Party Fee on all new Layaway contracts.
• $50.00 Cancellation Fee on all new Layaway contracts.
• The monthly payment schedule for all new Layaway contracts is $25 a month
• As long as the payments are made on time, the Party slot will be held for you.
• Party will be canceled (7) days after a missed payment.
• If a Party is canceled due to non-payment, you are eligible for a refund minus the Cancellation Fees, up until a 6 month period.
Layaway Transaction Rules
• You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options: cash, debit or credit card.
• New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have other delinquent Layaways contracts.
• Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway. A picture ID is required for all new Layaways,and refunds.
• TTT will not accept a payment that is less than the minimum amount due.
• Payments can be accepted in person or on the internet only. No mailed payments will be accepted.
• Customers will receive only one letter and or phone call letting them know they have missed payment.
